The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) Class of 2026 brings together 813 high-performing individuals with diverse professional experiences and academic foundations. Reflecting ISB’s commitment to inclusive excellence, 47% of the cohort comprises women, contributing to a well-balanced and dynamic peer group. With an average age of 26 years and four years of prior work experience, students enter the programme with a strong foundation and a readiness to lead.
