The PGP Class of 2025 was well received by a broad spectrum of recruiters - from global conglomerates, leading multinationals, and high-growth startups to unicorns and digital-first enterprises. Our students were offered roles across a wide array of functions, including strategy, consulting, product management, finance, marketing, operations, and leadership development programs, reflecting the evolving needs of modern businesses.

A significant number of our students successfully transitioned into new industries and functions, underscoring their adaptability and the holistic preparation offered by the ISB experience.

We are pleased to present the Class of 2026 - a cohort of 812 professionals with diverse experience across technology, BFSI, consulting, healthcare, retail, public services, and more. With an average of 4 years’ work experience, they bring strong analytical and leadership capabilities, along with functional expertise in product management, strategy, finance, general management, and analytics. 47% of the class are women, and the cohort includes seasoned professionals with 8+ years of experience, well-suited for mid- and senior-level roles.
