Tailored for ambitious, high-potential graduates with up to 24 months of work experience, the programme attracts a dynamic cohort of intellectually curious and achievement-oriented individuals ready to lead in a fast-evolving world.

The PGP YL class of 130 students represents diverse academic backgrounds, including engineering, economics, commerce, science, and arts. Selected through a rigorous and holistic admissions process, they bring a blend of academic excellence, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Notably, 50% of the cohort are women, reflecting our strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The class also includes fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to two years of work experience.
